Mains Tendues de Michel Corin ASBL (MT) is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its members, volunteers, employees, workers, donors and people in difficulty in order to achieve the purposes that the Association has set itself. Respect for your privacy is an essential issue for Mains Tendues de Michel Corin ASBL. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

1. Data imposed by the law relating to non-profit organizations: name, first name, postal address and, where applicable, national number.

2. The data necessary to facilitate communication with the persons concerned, the organization of activities, ensure the proper functioning of MT and enable it to accomplish its purposes: email address, telephone number, mobile telephone number

3. The following additional data is collected based on individual status and service that they are called to carry out:

• Volunteer-Driver: driving license, criminal record, general characteristics of the vehicle, vehicle number registration and insurance.

• Employee/worker: amount of salary.

• Help and service for people in difficulty:

  • Transport-accompaniment: name of the healthcare establishment, name of the doctor/caregiver and reason of transportation.
  • Financial and administrative assistance: family, financial situation and in relation to the CPAS as well as the reason for the request,
  • Home collections: data is limited to name, address and telephone number.

4. The data is collected via the data subjects and is stored in Belgium.

5. The Managing Director and the employee of MT have access to your personal data.

PRESERVATION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

• Data imposed by the law relating to non-profit organizations are kept for legal purposes for 10 years. Others Data is kept for 2 years after the date of resignation of the person concerned.

• We always do everything possible to protect your personal data. From the receipt of your data, we apply strict procedures and security measures in order to endeavor to prevent unauthorized access.
